What type of food do you sell?
We produce and supply raw dog food and natural treats, with clearly labelled ingredients and composition.

Is your raw food complete or complementary?
Our products are clearly labelled as either Complete (nutritionally balanced) or Complementary (to be fed as part of a balanced diet). Please refer to the product label and description on each item.

What does “composition” mean on the label?
Composition is the percentage breakdown of ingredients in the product. For example, “70% lamb / 30% oily fish” describes the total mix by weight.

What are “analytical constituents”?
These are typical nutritional values such as protein, fat, fibre, ash, and moisture. They are measured separately and do not add up to 100%.

How much should I feed my dog?
As a general guide: • Adult dogs: around 2–3% of body weight per day • Weight loss / less active: around 1.5–2% • Very active dogs: around 3–4%Adjust based on your dog’s condition, age, and activity level.

Do you have a feeding calculator?
Yes. If you share your dog’s weight, age, and activity level, we can advise a starting amount.

How should I store raw food?
Keep frozen until needed. Defrost in the fridge and use within 3 days, keeping it covered.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us as soon as possible we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Available collection slots will appear at checkout.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Subscriptions allow you to receive regular deliveries on a set schedule.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes. Please contact us and we can help you manage your subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?
Website payments are taken securely online (e.g., card payments via Stripe). Any available options will be shown at checkout.

Yes. Tell us your dog’s allergies/intolerances and we can recommend suitable proteins and products.
