1. Payment

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

3. Collection Policy

Orders marked for collection must be picked up within 3 days. Uncollected items will not be held beyond this period unless pre-arranged.

4. Cancellations
